Yin Yoga 16.00 -16.45
Yin yoga is a calm and mediative form of yoga where you stay long in the different positions. Focus on stretching the deep tissue, increase mobility and create inner peace through body presence.
Vinyasa Yoga 17.00- 17.45
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic form of yoga where movements is synchronized with breathing. Focus on breathing and body presence.
